This is part of the city’s resurfacing project. Many culverts in the city have been replaced.
Hoke Road is projected to be resurfaced sometime next year.
The estimated cost of this culvert replacement is $2,100. The intersection will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a rain date of tomorrow.
The city advises travelers to use alternative routes in the areas of Hoke Road and Wenger Road during the replacement.
