Crews were dispatched just before 6 a.m. to various mile-markers along the Ohio 4 bridge near I-70, as well as on U.S. 68 near U.S. 40 for approximately six cars that slid off the road in separate incidents.
The vehicles involved suffered damage ranging from moderate to heavy.
One person was transported to an area hospital, authorities confirm.
ODOT crews are responding to the area with salt trucks to treat the roadways.
