Police and medic units responded to the accident involving a Chevy Trailblazer SUV around 8:40 p.m., per initial reports.
The male driver has been taken to Miami Valley Hospital. His condition is not known.
Police and fire crews blocked traffic to the ramp, but it has since reopened.
A Beavercreek police officer said they are working to determine whether the vehicle rolled or not. The vehicle was in grass off one side of the ramp.
