The master plan for the Dayton Mall area is set to be discussed Aug. 14.
The panel overseeing the area’s joint economic development district is scheduled to talk about a request for proposal for the mall area’s master plan.
The master plan is set to include a two-square-mile section encompassing Ohio 741 and Ohio 725 in Miami Twp. and Miamisburg – and also impacting Washington Twp. and West Carrollton, Miami Twp., Chris Snyder, planning and zoning director said last month.
The Miami Twp.-Dayton Mall Joint Economic Development District is accepting bids for the plan, estimated to cost more than $200,000.
The JEDD board of directors is scheduled to meet at 11:30 a.m. in the Miami Twp. Government Center, 2700 Lyons Road. NICK BLIZZARD
