The two men accused of causing lockdowns at two West Carrollton schools were indicted today after they were accused of making a social media video that showed a male pointing a gun at a van in the high school’s rear parking lot earlier this month.

Simon Carroll, 18, and Isaiah Conner, 20, were indicted by a grand jury.

Carroll was indicted for tampering with evidence and inducing panic.  Conner was indicted for tampering with evidence, inducing panic and obstructing official business.

Both men were taken into custody during a traffic stop in Moraine on March 6.

Both are now out of the Montgomery County Jail, but are due back in court for arraignments on March 29.
