3 additional suspects indicted in Noah Kinser homicide case
Isaiah Cooper and Kevin Alexander were both arrested the address where the investigation was being conducted in the 400 block of Rockcliff Circle, according to jail records.
Both men were booked into jail on suspicion of offenses including counterfeiting and drug possession, records show.
A woman was detained at the scene, however it’s not clear what her involvement in the investigation might be.
The secret service would only confirm they were working with Dayton police on the investigation, however could not release any additional information, a spokesperson said.

A woman was taken into custody after an officer requested extra assistance during a Secret Service investigation on Rockcliff Circle in Dayton Thursday.
An officer in the 400 block of Rockcliff Circle requested assistance around 11:50 a.m., according to emergency scanner traffic.
A woman was taken into custody but police declined to release additional details. Dayton police deferred all questions in the investigation to the Secret Service.
Our crew on the scene observed officers remove a gun and hatchet from the house where the woman was taken into custody.

FIRST REPORT
Police have responded to requests for officer assistance on Rockcliff Circle in Dayton, according to emergency scanner traffic.
The officer assistance request was made around 11:50 a.m. in the 400 block of Rockcliff Circle, near West Hillcrest Avenue.
Initial reports indicate an officer secured a gun during the incident but requested the officers to continue their response, according to police scanner traffic.
No injuries have been initially reported.
