ID’s released of 2 found dead in hotel room

Two people who were found dead in a Miami Twp. hotel room Tuesday are believed to have died as a result of drug use, according to Miami Twp. police.

The two who died have been identified as 48-year-old James A. Beeler and 42-year-old Londen L. Baver, according to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.

The two lived together in the hotel room, according to police.

Police said the early indications are the deaths were drug-related, but toxicology tests from the autopsy are still pending. Cause and manner of death have not been determined.

Police in Miami Twp. are investigating after two people were found dead in a room at InTown Suites, 8981 Kingsridge Drive.

Police were called to the hotel after someone called 9-1-1 and reported seeing two unresponsive people inside the room.

The 9-1-1 caller reported the unresponsive people were a male and female, according to the call log at the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center.

Two Montgomery County coroner’s vehicles responded. Police on scene did not provide a statement or details of the investigation.
