Police returned to a Kettering house today where Trotwood police last week arrested a man on rape charges involving a 10-year-old girl.

Records show the 30-year-old man was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Sept. 13 at a house on East Whipp Road. He is facing three counts of rape and violating a temporary protection order, jail records show.

“The victim is 10-year-old and disclosed three different sexual assaults during a forensic interview,” court records read.

Court records show the alleged incidents happened between Aug. 21 and Aug. 30 at a house in Trotwood.

Police today at the East Whipp home were seen taking possible evidence out of the house.
