Customers at the Ohio restaurant chain/sports bar have routinely been filling the site’s 100-plus space parking lot since it has been at 9400 Springboro Pike earlier this year. Roosters’ patrons have also parking at nearby businesses.

The company bought and opened the larger Miami Twp. site between the Dayton Mall and Austin Landing, closing a nearby location in Miamisburg.
Roosters President and CEO Dan Ponton has said his company plans to buy land for about 70 additional parking spaces.
Barring unforeseen issues, construction is expected to start later this summer after final plans for the project are approved by the township, said Greg Smith of Oberer Companies, which oversees The Exchange at Spring Valley, where Roosters is now located.
Miami Twp. trustees this week approved a preliminary plan for the project and Smith said a final plan is expected to be presented in June.
