INITIAL STORY:

Thousands of Dayton Power & Light customers are without power this morning as heavy rain continues to move through the area.
As of 11:45 a.m., a total of 3,251 DP&L customers are without power, according to the DP&L outage map.
A reported 3,118 outages are in Montgomery County and 43 in Warren County.

There are 2,956 outages coming just outside of Centerville and 52 in Englewood, according to the map.
