Power restored in Greene County after vehicle crashes into power line

The driver swerved to miss a dear, hit the power line pole, and split it in half, causing it to block N. Valley Road, near the Greene County airport, per our crews.

The driver’s injuries are unknown and police continue to investigate the incident.


Residents are experiencing power outages early Monday morning after a vehicle crashed, knocking down one of the power line poles near Greene County airport.

The pole is in the middle of the road and DP&L are on the scene of the incident at 140 N. Valley Road, per initial reports.
