At 8:40 p.m., crews are "re-fusing" the line and should have service restored before too long, she said. The cause of the problem is not known, Kabel said.

The outages were first reported about 6:45 p.m., according to the company's online outage map.

As of 12:45 a.m. Thursday, power had been restored to all customers.
