In a motion filed Tuesday, Noor Salman waived her right for a removal hearing that was scheduled for Monday and will not fight extradition to Florida.
Salman is charged with aiding her husband, Omar Mateen, in the planning and execution of the June 12 attack on Pulse nightclub in Orlando that left 49 dead and 53 injured. Mateen was killed by police during the attack.
Salman was arrested in California on Jan. 16.
A California judge had ordered her released on $500,000 bail on March 1, but a Florida judge revoked her bail and ordered that she remain in jail pending her trial.
Tuesday’s court filing did not say when Salman would be returning to Florida.
