INITIAL REPORT
The driver of a minivan has been taken to a hospital following a crash that ended a pursuit on I-75 North involving Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers.
We're working to learn more and awaiting a statement from the OSP post in Lebanon, but according to reports, the driver may have been intoxicated and allegedly would not stop for troopers on the interstate south of Montgomery County.
Troopers used a "rolling roadblock" and were able to get the minivan stopped just short of Ohio 4. The pursuit occurred about 6:45 p.m.
Troopers tell us the pursuit reached speeds of 70 mph on the interstate, which was still wet from snowfall and rain earlier in the day.
We will update this developing report as we learn more.
