CRIME:
Evan Lewis, 19, was shot and killed about a block away from Lambert’s arrest location near the intersection of Bellefontaine Road and Hilgeford Drive, police said.
Lambert is due in court for his arraignment Wednesday afternoon at 12:30 p.m.
He continues to be held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $1 million bond.
