RTA to end contract with Greyhound bus services

The Greater Dayton RTA will be ending their contract with Greyhound buses.

Effective Oct. 1, Greyhound buses will no longer stop at RTA’s Northwest Transit Center.

The contract to serve as a local agent expires Sept. 30 and will not be renewed.

Sept. 30 will be the last day Greyhound buses will pick up and drop off passengers at the center, 2075 Shiloh Springs Road, according to RTA Chief Executive Officer Mark Donaghy.

Greyhound has not announced a new location for their services in the Dayton region.
