Nearly three years after the Der Dutchman in Waynesville was destroyed by a kitchen fire, plans for the property are still undetermined.
Chamber officials said they are working with Warren County officials to market the property and try to get a buyer. For now, the property remains what many locals are calling an eye sore.
The fire was in October, 2010 during breakfast area. The fire destroyed the kitchen area of the restaurant and caused substantial damage to the dinging areas and lobby.
