The anticipated substantial completion date for the downtown utilities replacement and streetscape project now is Oct. 25.
City Manager Jon Crusey told the Tri-Agency gathering of officials from Monroe Twp., the city and Tipp City Schools on Sept. 25 that the $3 million project is running about two weeks behind.
The streetscape project, which kicked off in the spring, is about two weeks behind the originally planned Oct. 15 completion date. “Things are starting to almost look complete,” Crusey, said.
