Suspect points gun, says ‘gimme all you got’ to woman leaving Dayton nightclub

A man tried to rob a woman at gunpoint outside a local club in Dayton.

A woman told officers she was leaving the Masque Nightclub Thursday night when a man approached her while she was sitting in her car and asked to use her phone.

When she said her phone wasn’t working, the man reportedly pointed a gun at her and demanded she give him everything she had.

The woman said she then forced open her car door, striking him and pushing him back before he ran off.

When she began to leave, she saw the man flee through the parking area between the Masque and MJ’s, and she then ran back inside the club to call for help.

The suspect is described as a man in his mid-40s with short hair wearing an over-sized blue T-shirt and blue jeans.

Security at the back door of the club also saw the man walking around the parking lot prior to the attempted robbery.

Nothing was taken during the incident and the woman was not injured.

There are no suspects at this time.
