UPDATE @ 6:50 p.m.:
I-75 South, just north of Benchwood Road in Butler Twp., will remain clogged for more than another hour as the state patrol is waiting for a heavy-duty wrecker to clear the accident.
The right two lanes -- plus the emergency lane -- are open. The left two lanes remain closed. The wrecker is coming from Sidney.
The driver of the SUV was trapped for a time, but managed to crawl out of the wreckage and refused medical treatment, a trooper said. The driver told troopers he blacked out and doesn't remember the accident, the trooper said.
Troopers said the driver will have to be tested.
The driver of the semi was not injured.
There is an SUV on its side, its wheels against the median wall, on I-75 South just north of Benchwood Road in Harrison Twp in what appears to be a multi-vehicle accident.
