Three Dayton firefighters were transported to the hospital for minor injuries sustained while attempting to put out a fire engulfing three houses. Authorities are reporting that all three houses are vacant and nobody was inside of any house at the time of the fires. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

A house fire in Dayton has spread to two neighboring homes.
Three total houses are involved in the fire, according to reports. The fire is contained.
Crews are responding to a fully involved structure fire in Dayton.
The fire was reported just before 8 a.m. in the 100 block of Church Street.
Traffic on westbound U.S. 35 is slow in the area due to smoke from the fire.
