A woman using a motorized wheelchair was struck by a Ford pickup truck this morning and the driver at fault will be ticketed, police said.
The crash was reported at the intersection of North Baron and Somers streets around 11:15 a.m.

Police said the woman had the right-of-way when she tried to cross the street and the driver of the truck did not see her prior to the collision.
The woman was transported to a local hospital, but is expected to be OK, police said.
The driver was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian, officers said.
