The targeted audience to attend the seminar are staff sergeant through master sergeant and company grade officers.
“This is a great opportunity to learn valuable information from experienced senior non-commissioned officers,” said Master Sgt. Ashely Fuquay, member of the Wright-Patt Top 3.
The one-day event will cover the following:
• Enlisted Forced Distribution Panel and SNCO board process;
• Word picture development;
• Bullet-writing techniques;
• Records review and personalized career roadmap development;
• Chiefs panel discussion.
To participate in the records review, enlisted members must send combined records in a single PDF file and saved as “individual’s rank, last name, combined records.” Records must include in the following order the most current SURF, last five EPRs and all decorations in chronological order starting with most recent. Personally identifiable information in records must be redacted.
In lieu of a records review, CGOs will be assigned to a mentor and will have the opportunity to sit in on each career roadmap session and learn how to conduct a records review, learn what the enlisted force values regarding promotion and advancement, and other topics the mentor will discuss with each participant.
Send records to Fuquay at ashely.fuquay@us.af.mil, and to Master Sgt. Roberto Montano at Roberto.montano@us.af.mil. Records review will not be confirmed until the records have been received.
Breakfast and refreshments will be provided. For additional information and to register for the event, go to https://cs2.eis.af.mil/sites/er/0334/SitePages/Home.aspx. Deadline to register is Nov. 29.
