FIRST REPORT
An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for an 82-year-old Middletown woman who suffers from dementia.
Patricia Urban left her home on Kenridge Drive on foot around 5 p.m. Friday, but did not return.
She stands 5 feet, 4 inches, weighs 128 pounds and has brown eyes and hair. She was last seen wearing a blue/gray long sleeved shirt, jeans and a white and gray jacket.
Anyone who spots her is urged to call 911 or 1-866-693-9171.
