UPDATE @ 3 p.m. (Nov. 5): 

Carlomagno Santiago-Lopez was indicted Monday on five counts of gross sexual imposition.

His arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 8.

FIRST REPORT: 

A Dayton man is accused of inappropriately touching two girls over a period of nearly four years in Dayton, court records show.

Carlomagno Santiago Lopez, 29, is being held on five counts of third-degree felony gross sexual imposition involving a minor and a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer, records showed.

Santiago Lopez is accused of inappropriately touching the girls between August 2011 and June 2015, records show.

The 29-year-old was arrested over the weekend and remains in the Montgomery County Jail on $50,000 bond.
