A man convicted of murder in the death of a West Milton man will spend at least 15 years in prison.
Donald Pepper was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison in the death of his roommate, James R. Wolf, at 1177 Debron Road in West Milton on April 13.
Investigators said the incident appeared to be an accident involving a lawnmower, but was later ruled a homicide by the coroner’s office.
The scene was staged to look like an accident, according to reports.
Pepper pleaded guilty earlier this month to a reduced charge of murder.
