Arthur said the contractor will be installing its water service and connecting it to the city’s water main, which is located on the opposite side of Todhunter Road.
Property owners east and west of 614 Todhunter Road will need to access their property from the appropriate side of the project area on these two days, he said.
Arthur said this has been discussed with the Monroe School Transportation Office and they will be picking up students at the normal locations on each side of the project and using the recommended turn around locations. A proper detour will be installed for this road closure.
