Unlike on the Republican side, Ohio’s Democratic primary is not winner-take-all as far as the delegates go. The delegates are allocated by the state’s 16 congressional districts and at-large.

The poll shows big differences among different demographics:

White voters: Clinton leads Sanders, 52-41 percent.

Black voters: Clinton leads Sanders, 74-14 percent. On Monday, the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus voted to endorse Clinton.

“In the last two presidential elections, history for the African American community was on the ballot but this time the survival of the African American community will be on the ballot,” said state Rep. Alicia Reece, president of the OLBC. “Therefore, we endorse Hillary Clinton, who we feel has the experience, vision, plan to move America forward and will build on the work of President Obama.”

Very liberal voters: Sanders leads 48-39 percent.

Young voters: Sanders leads Clinton 50-41

Seniors: Clinton leads 70-22.
