An Arizona woman is accused of leaving her 3-year-old daughter in the driver’s seat of a running vehicle Sunday, authorities said.

Hanan Regina Dema, 22, was charged with child abuse, child endangerment and drug possession, KNXV reported.

According to Chandler police, a witness called Sunday afternoon to report a child alone in a running automobile, the television station reported. When police arrived, the child was found in the front seat of the vehicle with loud music playing from the radio.

According to police, when officers removed the girl from the vehicle, they found drugs and drug paraphernalia in the center console, KNXV reported. Dema, identified as the child's mother, returned to the vehicle 18 minutes later, eating a large bowl of noodles, the television station reported.

The child was put in the custody of a family member and police contacted the Arizona Department of Child Safety, according to KNXV.
