Jermaine turned 7 over the weekend.
But Disney cast members decided that Jermaine shouldn't miss out on his birthday trip to meet Mickey, so they loaded onto a company bus and visited him over the weekend to give him the big present.
The trip to Walt Disney World will happen later this month, company officials said.
"Really excited. Cause I wanted to go to Disney in a long time," Jermaine said.
Jermaine's mother, Lauren Creech, said, "Never in a million years did could we have imagined anything like this from him, just, you know, coming up with an idea to help someone else, so it really does instill in him that when you do good, good comes back to you."
He also has some words of advice for others.
"Be strong. And if you do good things, you will be rewarded," he said.

"The small things you do, you think people don't notice, but to have everyone watching him, telling him, 'What a good job you've done, young man,' I think really instills in him and it makes him feel good inside, so I'm just extremely proud," Creech said.
Before he found out about his surprise trip, Jermaine said he had big plans if he would get to the theme parks.
"Go to Animal Kingdom and see lots of lions and have a 'Lion King' party," he told WJBF last week.
