The fast food chain said Wednesday on its YouTube page that it will give free Whoppers to the first 500 people dressed as clowns from 7 p.m. until close at participating locations.
“Come as a clown, eat like a king,” Burger King wrote in the video that features a teenager being chased by a clown that internet users say resembles Ronald McDonald.
The promotion is available at select Burger King locations near Miami, Boston, Los Angeles, Austin and Salt Lake City. The restaurant is also asking those who participate to use the hashtag #ScaryClownNight.
