A Delta Air Lines aircraft slid off the taxiway as it arrived at Buffalo Niagara International Airport early Sunday, authorities said.

According to the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, icy conditions in western New York was the reason the plane slipped as it arrived at the airport around 9 a.m., WIVB reported. The aircraft was arriving from LaGuardia Airport in New York City, the television station reported.

The aircraft's wheel was stuck for a while, WKBW reported.

No injuries were reported, the television station reported.
