The waiver allows customers to make a one-time change to their itinerary without having to pay a fee.
Delta has already suspended flights to and from China and limited flights to South Korea and Italy, countries that have been hit hard by the virus.
Delta joins other airlines in waiving changes fees. American Airlines is offering waivers to change flight plans between March 1 and March 16. The airline is also offering specific guidelines to waive change fees for flights to Italy, South Korea, Hong Kong and China.
Jet Blue is waiving charge and cancel fees for new bookings made between Feb. 27 and March 11 for travel through June 1.
