According to the Panama City News Herald, police arrested Christina Marie Curtis, 25, of Fort Walton Beach, on July 20, nearly two months after the toddlers were injured. She was later released on $4,000 bond.

The News Herald reported that the children, all boys under 21 months old, were in good condition when they arrived at Kids Discovery Learning Center in Valparaiso on May 21, according to the police report. But by that afternoon, they "could not stand or walk" and were "diagnosed with fractures to their legs," the police report said.

Police said video from the facility captured Curtis dropping one child "feet first into a wagon," the News Herald reported.

Curtis said she wasn't sure how the boys got hurt but added that she has seen many kids fall while playing, authorities said.
