The news comes months after the two reportedly listed their upstate Nee York mansion, called Lilly Pond, for sale. People reported Lee, 53, bought the home and the two shared expenses. In May, Lee responded to reports that the two were no longer together, saying on Facebook, "Andrew and I are still very much together after 14 years. We share three beautiful daughters that I helped raise and a beautiful home, Lily Pond, where we live. We keep our lives as private as possible."
Cuomo has three daughters from his marriage to Kerry Kennedy -- Michaela and twins Cara and Mariah.
People reported in June that the Westchester home was listed for sale as the two sought to downsize.
Lee and Cuomo met at a party in 2005, The New York Times reported. Lee had recently divorced businessman Bruce Karatz, and Cuomo had recently finalized his divorce from Kennedy.
The couple has kept their relationship mostly private, only sharing details in occasional magazine interviews and in 2015, when Lee learned she had breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy. She then became a cancer detection advocate and her work was chronicled in the 2018 documentary "Rx: Early Detection, A Cancer Journey with Sandra Lee."
"Andrew will always be one of the greatest loves of my life and we will continue to be family," Lee told People Wednesday.
"His daughters and I share an incredibly close bond," she said. "I will continue to be there for them as I have been for the last 14 years."
