Police officers in Henderson were called to a Walgreens in February when an employee reported Davis was printing photos of the children, the television station reported.
According to a police report, several of the photos showed the naked body of a girl who appeared to be around 7 or 8 years old, WVLT reported.
According to detectives, Davis had two telephones, and both had photographs of young, nude girls, WFIE reported. Detectives also said Davis had animated pictures of young girls having sex, the television station reported.
Davis was booked into the Henderson County Detention Center, WVLT reported.
