"The P.F. Chang's Home Menu Chicken Pad Thai and Chicken Fried Rice are frozen, heat treated, not fully cooked and not shelf stable," USDA public affairs specialist Felicia Thompson said in the news release. "They were produced on various dates between Oct. 1, 2018 and April 11, 2019, with "Best By" dates of Sept. 26, 2019 through April 5, 2020."
The recalled products can be seen on a chart provided by the USDA FSIS.
“FSIS is concerned that some product may be frozen and in consumers’ freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them,” Thompson said. “These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.”
No confirmations of illnesses or adverse reactions from consuming the recalled products have been reported. The recall does not involve food at P.F. Chang’s restaurants.
