It’s happened again. This time it was China where a sinkhole opened on a busy street, swallowing a bus.

At least six people were killed, 15 were hurt and 10 were missing when the bus fell into the massive sinkhole in Xining, The New York Times reported.

People were waiting to board the bus when the sinkhole started to collapse the hole that was at least 32 feet in diameter.

Shortly after the ground opened up an explosion was seen, CNN reported.

This isn't the first time sinkholes opened in China. in December, a subway fell into a void in Xiamen and a building complex was swallowed by a sinkhole in Shenzhen in 2013, The New York Times reported.

But sinkholes are not just a problem in Asia.

A hole opened up in October in Pittsburgh that swallowed a bus. A passenger was injured in the accident.

Residents in Florida can buy sinkhole insurance because they are so prevalent.
