The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall of all models of Kids II rocking sleepers on Thursday. About 694,000 products are affected by the recall, according to a CPSC statement.

Infants have died in the sleepers after rolling from their backs to their stomachs while unrestrained, the statement said.

The sleepers were sold by major retailers, including Walmart, Target and Toys R Us and online from March 2012 through April 26, 2019. A complete list of the models of Kids II rocking sleepers can be found on the CPSC website here.

Anyone who has the product should immediately stop using it and contact Kids II for a refund or voucher, the statement said.

Consumers should call Kids II toll-free at 1-866-869-7954 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EDT Monday through Friday or visit www.kids2.com and click on IMPORTANT RECALL INFORMATION for more information.
