It's been a tough year for Jarrett Guarantano and the Tennessee Volunteers football team.

It's tough to be a member of the University of Tennessee's football team this year, particularly after a 1-3 start.

For a team seeking its identity, the Vols were not helped by a glitch on ESPN's desktop and mobile app sites, which used a logo of the more successful Lady Vols basketball team to promote the team's upcoming football game against No. 3 Georgia (4-0).

No respect. Rocky toppled.

Granted, the Lady Vols have won eight NCAA women's national basketball titles, all under legendary coach Pat Summit, with their last title coming in 2008.

The gaffe occurred Monday night, with the football team's traditional "Power T" logo replaced by the women's graphic, the Knoxville News Sentinel reported.

ESPN corrected its mistake, but fans on social media still had a field day.

"Don't insult the Lady Vols like that," one Tennessee fan tweeted.

"Might be a better matchup," another fan tweeted.
