A St. Petersburg, Florida, man faces charges after beating a woman because he didn't like how she cooked eggs, according to The Smoking Gun.
Cory Lee Shinkman, 23, allegedly followed the woman out the back door, pushed her against a dresser and scratched her.
When questioned, he initially said he was hit first, but witnesses disagreed.
Shinkman was released from the Pinellas County jail after posting $1,500 bond. The Smoking Gun reports that he has been charged with battery before.
