"Ayesha, get your learn on, girl," read a note that accompanied the donation, sent by Taylor Nation LLC. "I love you! Taylor."
The surprising donation brought Khurram, who attends the University of Waterloo in Ontario, to tears.
"I posted about struggling with paying for tuition," Shakhurram wrote in an Instagram post Monday. "Two hours later, I get this in my email. I have no words, and I can't stop crying."

Khurram told CTV News that her family, who are originally from Pakistan, came to Canada three years ago for educational opportunities and a "better lifestyle."
"For Taylor to contribute to that in the best way possible ... I have no words," she said, according to the news outlet.
