The men lived-streamed the incident, which happened in 18-degree weather, on social media, according to WTHR-TV.

The pair, identified as Charles McKoy and Heath Williams, told WTHR that they take full responsibility for their actions and that they're sorry for what they did.

"It was very childish and like I said, I'm sorry and I'm willing to do what it takes to make up for it," McKoy said in an interview with the news station.
"I truly apologize and I'm sincere about this from the bottom of my heart," Williams said.

It seems the men were returning home from a local club when they stopped by the store and encountered the victim, who regularly hangs out at the store. They admitted they were drunk at the time and said they got the idea to make the man strip in cold weather from a YouTube video.

Both admitted feeling bad about their behavior after sobering up.

No charges have yet been filed the case.
