Firefighters in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, say they had to rescue a woman from a river Saturday morning.
They said the woman parked on the side of the Arkansas River, fell asleep in her car and woke up floating down the river.
Firefighters said they had a hard time trying to get her out. They had to use a life raft because of the fast-moving water.
The woman’s friends went out with rope and ATVs to try to get the car out of the water.
A man who has lived in the area say they don’t understand how the woman could have parked that close to the river because it’s hard to get to.
The woman made it out without injuries.
