Police were called to the Atlanta home and Dro was arrested. According to TMZ, his girlfriend said she didn't want to press charges, but he was taken in and is now facing two counts of simple battery/family violence.
The tabloid site reported that Dro remains in jail on a child support contempt order. According to legal documents, he owes nearly $41,000 in back child support to a different woman. He needs to pay $10,000 to be released, according to jail records. Dro says he's paid the child support and it's a clerical error, TMZ reported.
A representative for Dro has not commented on the TMZ report.
