The compensation for Hess is rising from $99,632 a year to $107,016, a jump of 7.95 percent, township records show. The increases for the Magill and Johnson are 11 percent, from $83,865 to $92,987, according to records.

The increases, effective Nov. 12, follow “comprehensive, industry-level research on salaries” for the positions, records show. Trustees in June directed that study to be completed.
