It all started after Pawhuksa police pulled over a car Friday night.

During a search of car, officers found marijuana, methamphetamine and syringes. There also were two two teens, one of them a runaway.

Police say Jesse Diaz admitted to "eating a blunt" before they stopped him.

Officers at the scene say the situation nearly turned violent when they found out Whitney Thomas had a gun on her.

An officer reportedly saw her putting her left hand on the grip.

Both officers pushed her out of the car and onto the ground and tackled her.

The gun was reported stolen out of Okmulgee County.

Both are being held at Osage County jail on a number of charges, including child endangerment, drug and weapons possession.
