Scattered showers will moved into the Miami Valley late Friday morning, but will leave the area by early afternoon, according to Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Rich Wirdzek.
“A quick moving cold front will ensure dry weather enters the area for the afternoon commute, setting the table for a dry forecast for football games and the Air Force Marathon 5K,” he said.
The high today will be 70 with a low of 48, he said.
The skies will clear for a very cool start for the weekend, but weather will be decent for the marathon Saturday morning with a high of 72. The weekend will be “fantastic” with lots of sun, he said. The high Sunday will be 74.
