The plant once known by many as the GM Moraine plant is once again thriving. In 2008, when the plant closed, the property did not have a bright future.
Now Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co, a China-based auto glass manufacturer, announced in July it will lease an additional 214,000 square feet from Industrial Realty Group. Fuyao also announced there are plans in place to employ 2,000 workers by the end of the year.
