Reports indicate that the semi fire was contained to the brakes of the trailer and did not spread to the rest of the truck.
The fire was reported out on arrival by the firefighters who arrived on scene.
The right lane of southbound I-675 remains blocked by police.
A semi reportedly carrying hazardous material has caught fire on southbound I-675 at the U.S. 35 interchange in Beavercreek.
Crews were dispatched around 6 a.m. and reported that the semi might be hauling hazardous materials.
There was no fire that was visible when crews first arrived on scene, according to scanner traffic.
